Abstract
In the light of events that faced wikipedia volunteers in middle east during last few mounths that made state of concern to volunteers from governmental sensorship and harrasements. There became an urgent nessesity to discuss those situations and how to deal with them and how to ask for help.
Description
After two of wikipedia editor being arrested lately in addition to circumestances of gevermental interventions presented as violation and threats to freedom of internet that happened to middle east wikipedians. The need arised to start discussion to study those situations in a legal perspective and how can the foundation help the volounteers in order to ensure more freedom of participation in Wikipedia.
