A konferenciát a katowicei Nemzetközi Kongresszusi Központban tartják. Ez a belvárosban található, nem messze a vasútállomástól és a szálláshelyektől.
A katowicei Nemzetközi Kongresszusi Központ egy modern és díjnyertes rendezvényhelyszín, amely már több nagy nemzetközi csúcsnak is otthont adott, például az ENSZ 2022-es Városi Világfórumának és a 2018-as Klímaváltozási Konferenciának.
We will be using multiple areas for programme sessions, main hall events, casual networking, and social experiences. The venue is located near the Silesian Museum and the Polish National Radio Symphony Orchestra buildings, and has plenty of green space around it. It has a very high standard of audio visual facilities, and of course, much needed high-speed internet designed for large traffic. It also features an interesting interior and architectural design, linked to the history of the area. The venue is also fully accessible in all areas we will be using. There will also be space for prayer rooms and quiet areas.

Conference space layout can be seen on the image above. The 2nd floor will house most of the program activities in rooms described below. Gdańsk and Kyiv are available from the 1st floor (with Auditorium having entrance from the ground floor as well).
