Presentation file delivery

How the presentations will be delivered to the audience? Presenters will connect to the projector, or they will upload their presentations with a flashdisk? Is the delivery of the presentation to the conference laptop happen in advance or well be doing it right before the talk? Juandev (talk) 14:21, 5 August 2024 (UTC)

@Juandev: The instructions for lightning talks do not differ from any other sessions. So the presentations will be run by the production team and the speaker will have a clicker. You can find more information at 2024:Speaker resources. As far as I know, some information about presenting should have been sent to speakers by e-mail and some additional information will be sent soon. Msz2001 (talk) 17:52, 5 August 2024 (UTC)
