The GLAM Wiki Meetup is a one-day pre-conference event bringing together Wikimedians, cultural heritage professionals, and open knowledge advocates to exchange ideas, showcase projects, and explore strategic directions for the global GLAM-Wiki movement.
This convening serves as a key moment to reflect on ongoing work, share challenges and opportunities, and help shape future priorities, providing essential input into broader initiatives like the GLOSS working group and the global GLAM agenda for 2025–2026.

How to participate
To attend the event in person or virtually, please click on the register button to sign up.
Volunteer
We invite volunteers to help shape the program and ensure proper organization for the day. Here are different ways to help:
- Photography: Capture moments and upload them to the GLAM Wiki category. Be sure to follow the event's photography policy.
- Blogging: Write about the pre-conference experience, the projects you've seen, or the people you've met. Also share updates on Diff Blog or Medium
- Note Taking: Help take notes during the opening session, GLOSS session, GLAM Wiki Conference session, and closing sessions. Feel free to document sessions using Etherpad.
