WikiSetu: South Asia is a collaborative meetup space for Wikimedians from across the South Asian region (Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Maldives, Nepal, Pakistan and Sri Lanka)- hosted during major Wikimedia events. Setu (सेतु) meaning bridge — symbolizing connection across borders and cultures in the region, implies our shared intent to connect, collaborate, and co-create across languages, communities, and borders.

This gathering offers an opportunity to:

• Celebrate our regional diversity and solidarity
• Share updates, challenges, and success stories from our communities
• Build stronger cross-community connections and partnerships
• Discuss shared goals and regional priorities within the Wikimedia movement

Whether you're a new contributor or a seasoned community leader, WikiSetu is your space to be heard, seen, and supported.
