2025:Meetups/ja
On this page you can sign up for rooms in order to organize meetings. The rooms are available during the lunch break on all four days and after the regular programme on Thursday and Friday. Lunch break availability is only in the Trademark. There are after hours slots for both the Tribe and Trademark on Days 2 and 3. Keep in mind the Tribe is a 10 minute walk from the Trademark, which is why those after-hours meetup slots start 15 minutes after the event ends.
Rooms will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. They are available in 60-minute time slots. You can sign up for more slots back-to-back, if needed.
Please note that meetups are completely self-organized. There won’t be AV support or streaming or live interpretation. You are just signing up for the space.
Room descriptions are available on the Venue page. Please sign up for rooms with respect to the anticipated number of participants of your meeting. Rooms are marked in the table below according to general size:
- S (small) – between 10–25 people
- M (medium) – between 25–50 people
- L (large) – around 70–100 people
- XL (extra-large) – 100–200 people
