Description
This poster will offer a clear, visual guide to the Content Partnerships Hub—an initiative designed to support and coordinate content partnerships across the Wikimedia movement. The Hub consists of several interlinked components, each focusing on different aspects of collaboration with external partners. One of these key components is the Helpdesk, a support service where Wikimedians can request assistance for projects aimed at making cultural, scientific, or educational content freely available.
What Is the Helpdesk? The Helpdesk is guided by an international expert committee composed of both staff and experienced volunteers who review and prioritize incoming requests. They provide guidance, expertise, and practical assistance to help local communities and affiliates plan and propose about how to execute content partnership projects.

- How does your session relate to the event theme, Wikimania@20 – Inclusivity. Impact. Sustainability?
By connecting Wikimedians with specialized support and emphasizing collaboration with underrepresented communities, the Helpdesk increases both the inclusivity and impact of Wikimedia projects. Its sustainable model—powered by a rotating network of volunteers and staff—ensures that knowledge transfer and capacity building can continue to expand without over-reliance on a single source. In this way, the Helpdesk concretely embodies the values of Wikimania@20, fostering a worldwide community equipped and empowered to share free knowledge on a global scale.
