The Let’s Connect peer learning program is a joint-initiative by the WMF and Wikimedia community, designed to strengthen collaboration and knowledge-sharing within the Wikimedia movement. It provides a platform where Wikimedians from diverse backgrounds can exchange skills, experiences, and best practices through interactive sessions. The program fosters a culture of mutual learning, enabling volunteers, affiliates, and organizers to grow collectively while addressing community needs.
Objectives 1. Facilitate peer-to-peer learning to enhance skills and capacity-building. 2. Promote inclusivity by connecting Wikimedians across regions, languages, and experiences. 3. Support sustainable community growth through knowledge-sharing and mentorship. 4. Encourage collaboration by fostering networks that strengthen the Wikimedia movement.
