Description
It's a Preconference activity of onboarding interested volunteers to Wikimedia's design systems (Codex) and giving them opportunity to work on the design and implement of some small functionalities as real world case study. Designs from this activity could also be used in any future hackathon/wishathon.
This session will be held collaboratively with Joris Quarshie (AWTC lead). Much of the contents of this session are already available from the Wikimedia Africa Design Jam held in December 2024.
Prerequisite for this session: - Design Participants need to have prior UX/IX design and Figma experience. - Developer participants need to have prior Vue .js experience.
