As a chapter that receives donations, Wikimedia France often receives messages of gratitude from donors. We want to share the love that Wikimedia editors receive in France.
Description
The aim of this lightning talk is to share the messages of French donors. By showing the messages we receive by post and email, the Wikimedia community can discover why a donor decides to make a donation, what motivates them and how they feel about the work of thousands of volunteers.

Donors play a very important role in the sustainability of the movement, as they are the main source of funding worldwide. This would be a great opportunity to share the point of view of people who support the Wikimedia movement in a way other than through editing.
