يقع مقر الفعالية في باريس، ولن يتم الإعلان عن الموقع الدقيق للجمهور، بل سيُكشف عنه بشكل خاص عند التسجيل.
بالنسبة للمشاركين الذين يتولون تمويل أو حجز إقامتهم بأنفسهم، نوصي بحجز مكان الإقامة في المنطقة الشمالية الشرقية من باريس، وتحديداً على طول خط المترو رقم 7 (Metro Line 7)، لضمان سهولة التنقل إلى قاعات المؤتمر.
