New Meetups

Is it possible to create new meetups still? I guess I will try to create one and see what happens. Doc James (talk) 17:23, 29 April 2026 (UTC)

This year, meetups were included in the call for proposals. We received a lot of proposals, that all filled the available spaces we had. We can't accept any new meetings in the conference rooms.

However, self-organized meetups could be organized, but not in the official rooms. For practical reasons, please avoid adding these self-organized meetups on the meetups page for now. :) Trizek ^{from fr:} 08:28, 13 May 2026 (UTC)
