"Life, Belief, and Healing/ Mania! A Spiritual Disorder?
Healing Bipolar Disorder! Bipolar disorder can be very disruptive to "normal" life. The mind goes beyond established mental/emotional limits and out of control. We learn the most about ourselves at mental limits. Athletes practice sending their minds and bodies to limits to improve skills. I practice physical exercises and meditation to send my mind to limits to release mental trauma energy and effects to gain control of my mind at limits. After sporadic manic episodes for seventeen years with medications, I developed and practiced my brief psychiatric exercises at mental limits, continued medications, and have not had a manic episode for 24 years. This process is much like vaccinations to prevent mania!
This session will address the conference theme — Wikimedia, Free Knowledge and the Sustainable Development Goals — in the following manner:
Healing mental health is primary healthcare topic. It is spiritual no longer worrying about manic episodes. Making models of the brain, mind, and God builds confidence in understanding the brain and mind and in understanding more about spiritual healing.
At the end of the session, the audience will be aware of a "unique physical" method of healing bipolar disorder that may also help heal others with mental disorders. The author's book: "Life, Belief, and Healing/ Mania! A Spiritual Disorder?" gives a history of the author's healing.
Hugh Drummond Fulcher. This work has been performed and written about independently by the author since bipolar is judged negatively by the public.
