Resourceful submission for consideration[edit source]

Wikipedia and her sister projects has always had a great room for usage and open source contribution in universities. That's where you find a broad diversity of young minds from various field seeking knowledge and wanting to volunteer. Two Wikimedia based clubs that I know (Wikipedia Connection at Ohio State Univ. and The Wikimedia Fan Club at University of Ilorin) have proven to be even more stronger than editing communities and user groups that are made up of more working class people.

Universities are enclosed and the community is lean enough to meet every time. Succession is easy and chances of sustaining such activities are robust due to free venues, free wifi, peer grooming and etc.

I think Haylad's conversation to editors at the conference, if well prepared and further developed can help us get stronger together and bring great results to Wikimedia's readership as seen in some of the results of his club below. This is worth looking at over and over. Imagine replicating more of these:
