Our initial work with the Content Partnerships Hub showed that many Wikimedians request hands-on support for working with content partnerships. For this we are developing the Helpdesk.
Affiliates and volunteers can request support from the Helpdesk, to work with partners to make content available on the Wikimedia platforms.
The session outlines the process for the Helpdesk, and presents initial work. Feedback will be gathered from the attendees on the processes developed, and what kind of support that would be useful. We present ways in which Wikimedians can be involved in the work with the Hub.
The requests to the Helpdesk will be reviewed and prioritized by an expert committee of Wikimedians.

Eric Luth is a Project Manager at Wikimedia Sverige. His work includes advocacy efforts and to increase and support involvement in the work done by the association. Eric is responsible for coordinating the work around the Helpdesk.
John Andersson is the Executive Director of Wikimedia Sverige.
