I live in Prague and I´m a member and Executive Director of Wikimedia Czech Republic since March 2018. In Wikimedia Czech Republic, we run three main programs - EDUcational Programs, Programs for Community and and Programs for Partnerships. I studied social policy and social work and I used to work as a program manager and director at different Czech NGOs. I strongly believe in community projects and co-work in general. My goal is to support our Czech community in growth, our partnerships in prosperity and my team in their great job.

Abstract & description
[edit source]Abstract
[edit source]Come and see how themed challenges help to cover content gaps on Wikipedia, make the community of wikipedians more diverse and to promote our activities, and the Wikimedia brand itself.
Description
[edit source]In the last years Wikimedia Czech republic focused it’s activities around quarterly themed challenges for wikimedians. These challenges link our effort across all of our programmes. Namely we would like to speak about Contest Czechoslovakia 1948-89, WikiGap (Women’s month on Wikipedia) and Human rights month. We will share our know-how and a wide scale of tools and activities we use to plan, implement, promote and realize these themed challenges.
