[edit source]This open discussion will focus on the future of Wiki in Education, including a discussion about the possibility of opening an Education global hub.
Description
[edit source]The round table will include representatives from the Wikipedia & Education User Group, the Wiki Education Foundation (US / Canada program), a representative from the Wikimedia Foundation Education team, additional representatives from the global community working on Education, and anyone interested in the topic. The session will focus on learnings from the EDUWiki Conference that will be hosted during May in Serbia, in the hopes of sharing insights from discussions that started at the conference, and collaboratively discussing practical next steps.

Wiki in Education is focused on all three aspects of the theme: DEI (Diversity, Equity and inclusion), collaborative work (online and in class) and the future of Wiki in Education, especially with the threat of generative AI.
