[edit source]說明亞洲月組織與賽事變革的策略，並邀請與會者共同討論亞洲月賽事應有的定位。
Description
[edit source]開場10分鐘，先行報告亞洲月用戶組組織的變革，以及亞洲月賽事變動的原因，使參與者理解亞洲月的方向。
而後分為三個各15分鐘的討論，題目分別是： 1.亞洲月的賽事及其產出如何影響當地社群對亞洲的了解？亞洲月可以如何強化這些效應？ 2.怎樣鼓勵亞洲各分支組織參與亞洲月用戶組的治理；缺乏代表的組織又能以何種方式加入。 3.在維基媒體運動的區域治理中，亞洲被區隔為四區，且大多還跨及其他洲。在此情況下，亞洲月應如何自我定位及與這些區域hub合作？
這些討論的結果，將做為亞洲月用戶組及賽事未來戰略的參考。
