Abstract

How can we concretely respond to burnout situations both from the perspective of a community, bystander or person affected by burnout ? This workshop will enable us to work on our reactions on the projects in a more inclusive way.

Description

In february 2023 we had a workshop on Burnout with the Learning Clinic. Following a presentation we will play role games to see how we can concretely respond to burnout situations both from the perspective of a community, bystander or person affected by burnout. We will then write our findings on a collaborative pad, which will be used by the presenter to write a blog article. This workshop will enable us to work on our reactions on the projects in a more inclusive way and start sharing our best practices when facing these situations.

This presentation links to themes of inclusivity and mental health within our communities. Often we do not know how to react when faced with some situations and this session will explore the do's and don'ts which can be used in other contexts (depression, harrassement ect).
