Whenever I met a new person, the new person is obviously the matter of interest. During the last one year I introduced three volunteers, all are women, one of which is my only daughter. I think this is not satisfactory activity of a volunteer. We need more and more effective volunteers.

The new effective volunteers, collaborated with the old ones will continue all the day-to-day works related with Wiki sites is must. Various types of campaigning in this regard is carrying on all over the world. Many types of competitions and rewards are arranged round the year. But, still, there is ample scope of joining new effective Wiki Volunteers is a burning question. Young effective volunteer, who have some free time, he or she will automatically spare the time with Wiki for the mankind.
Aims: Plucking that flower from the world garden, that is, new willing volunteer collecting from the society as well as from the whole country and made that person effective for the purpose of our daily works. Essentially, we have to have more practical working volunteer; that is why mobilizing of work is to be done in a proper way. Mainly, which part of the world have a lack of volunteers, that means effective volunteers, we have to be very careful about that area.
Objectives: If we want endless work in Wikimedia Foundation websites, a strong work force is required. Which will continue regular works of us. This strong work force containing the creative effective volunteers will serve the purposes of all creativity. Thus, we will solve all the problems, whether it will be a national or global, and will reach to the goal.
