Description
[edit source]This talk will discuss the efforts of the Niels Bohr Library & Archives and its Wikipedian-in-Residence to improve access to archival physics history resources. The NBLA's Wikipedia strategy has focused on improving coverage on physicists from historically underrepresented groups, often utilizing creative research approaches in the archive. This talk will go over developments on Wikipedia, Wikimedia Commons, and Wikidata to expand who is represented in the scope of physics history, and will include discussions of engagement with the physics community to get involved in these types of digital efforts.
