Abstract & description[edit source]

Abstract[edit source]

Practical workshop where users will make their first edits to Wikispore, with the various "spores" having the potential for a wider scope of topics and genres and citations than exist on other Wikimedia sister projects. "Spores" on this project are mini-wikis to be hosted in their own namespace.

Description[edit source]

Wikispore is an experimental space to grow new wikis.

Join the workshop and we'll demonstrate how to add pages to our existing "spores", integrate them with Wikidata and other projects, and how to start your very own spore!

In the spirit of radical inclusionism, every participant will be empowered to begin the path toward a new mini-wiki.
