What if in the future, the funds were no longer enough to finance your extensive annual projects and community growth? What if you need more in order to expand your reach and coverage, you need the media, some strategic and credible partners such as the academe, governments, NGOs and businesses to work with you, recognize you and be the ambassadors of your community outreach? How do you tread a new territory for expansion? How do you scale a project from your community to the world? This session aims to provide insights, ideas and best practices for new and growing communities as we future-proof our organizations to build better, stronger and solid movement aligned with the MS2030.
