I'm working as a Project manager at Wikimedia Sverige, mainly with the GLAM related projects that supports the growing of free knowledge. My background is in the Swedish culture and heritage sector.
Alicia Fagerving
Alicia Fagerving is a programmer at Wikimedia Sverige. They have worked with a number of GLAM institutions in Sweden, including the National Library of Sweden, the Nordic Museum, the Nationalmuseum and the Swedish Performing Arts Agency, helping them share their content on Wikimedia Commons and Wikidata. They are currently involved in developing WMSE’s Content Partnership Hub, with a focus on cultural heritage data uploads. They have worked extensively with Wiki Loves* data on Wikidata, as well as large-scale SDC uploads. Wikimedia Sverige has been working on developing a Wikibase instance, to share structured, machine-readable information about our work with the global community. We invite others to brainstorm and experiment with modeling data about the movement's activities in a Linked Open Data form.

Wikimedia Sverige has been working on developing a Wikibase instance, MetaBase (https://metabase.wikibase.cloud/), to share structured, machine-readable information about our projects, reports, presentations and activities with the global community. Information about a chapter's work has traditionally lived on Meta-Wiki and possibly its own wiki, but the platform is so extensive that it's not always easy to find what you're looking for.
That's why we're experimenting with a Linked Open Data platform that is both easy to use for the staff and accessible to the general public. With Wikibase, questions such as what collaborative projects have we carried out together with Swedish art museums in the last five years? How many edit-a-thons focused on Wikidata have we organized? What reports have been written about our work and where can you read them? can be answered with a simple query. We're hoping that our experiences will be useful for the global community and that more Wikimedia organizations decide to join us.
In this session, we will together look at the possible ways of modeling the internal knowledge of a Wikimedia organization, using WMSE's experiences and similar initiatives as a starting point. What needs to be included? How can we lower the thresholds? Is Wikibase a suitable platform for this sort of data, and if so is a separate instance or Wikidata better?
We are looking into inviting others who have worked with modeling organizational knowledge as Linked Open Data, which is why the format of this session might change from roundtable to workshop closer to the event.

We're inviting the community to collaborate on creating a sustainable model of structuring our internal knowledge. This has the potential to make our information easier to discover, consume and analyze in the future, especially for chapters and user groups with less resources.
