Musah Fuseini
He is named Musah Fuseini (User: Musahfm), a native of Tamale-Ghana and a Dagomba by tribe. He is a teacher by profession; and teaches Dagbani. He is an indigenous language activist and loves writing, especially in Dagbani. He is a prolific editor on Wikipedia and it's sister projects. He contributed immensely towards migrating Dagbani Wikipedia from the incubator onto the mainstream Wikipedia. He is currently a team member of the Dagbani Wikimedians User Group; he is a co-facilitator in Dagbani Wikimedians' tele-education program on TV dubbed Dagbani Wikipedia Saha. He is also a co-lead for Kusaal Wikipedia (incubator). Kusaal is one of the 16 Mole-Dagbani languages that the Dagbani Wikimedians Usergroup seek to promote on wikipedia and it's sister projects. Abdul-Rafiu Fuseini is my name, I am a Wikimedian and member of the Dagbani Wikimedians User Group in Ghana. Am one of the facilitator's for a Tele-educational program dubbed "Dagbani Wikipedia Saha". To wit, Time with Dagbani Wikipedia. A trainer for the community volunteers and also a Co-lead for Moore Wikimedians Community.

This proposal seeks to highlight the efforts by the Dagbani Wikimedians User Group to leverage on the power of television to create public awareness about Wikimedia projects and to train people interested in contributing to the Dagbani Wikipedia and its sister projects but who but are not able to attend our in-person workshops due to time and distance.

This proposal aims to share the impact of tele-education in reaching more people with education and training on Wikimedia projects and how to contribute to them. The focus of the proposal shall be on the initiative of the Dagbani Wikinedians User Group to train more volunteers who seem out of reach because of time, distance and hindrance to internet access to enable their effective participation in virtual training sessions through a tele-education program called “Dagbani Wikipedia Saha”, to wit Time with Dagbani Wikipedia or “The Dagbani Wikipedia Show”. The presentation shall focus on the learnings, successes, challenges and prospects of the program.
