Abstract & description[edit source]

Abstract[edit source]

We are a group of Teen Innovators who want to do a workshop/presentation showcasing different projects from various sectors that we created with the help of Wikipedia information. Our projects include Both Physical and Digital Projects, Like Drones, Bionic Arm, AI Tools, and many more things that we would like to showcase and educate people about so that they themselves can create meaningful and impactful things.

Description[edit source]

Due to the disparity of knowledge, especially in Asia, both youth and adults are not able to learn things like coding or engineering without actually doing a degree in it, Due to the lack of information many futures are stopped from unfolding; Because we were lucky and had internet access we were able to access and learn about different academic fields and grasp concepts that helped us create different projects while still being in highschool, We learned a lot from different Wikipedia pages that helped us both create and innovate, Our projects include multiple drones; one with medical integrated systems to provide emergency assistance in locations where an ambulance cannot reach in time, Another one is an EMP based drone which we are developing to diffuse explosive devices to save lives of soldiers and bomb diffusing squads, Another one of our projects is a bionic arm which we designed ourselves and later 3-D printed it, We hope to use in surgeries and other complex things where it is difficult for humans to operate while the arm being both good quality and cheap so that medical industry can charge lower for operations. Apart from physical projects, We understand that AI/ML is the future and for that purpose, we will also present digital projects like an AI which generates text to pictures, A bug detector, and many others that we would like to showcase so that others can learn and create impactful things themselves.

Qn. How does your session relate to the event themes: Diversity, Collaboration Future?

My session directly relates to the event themes: Diversity, Collaboration Future? as my own team comes from a diverse background both culturally and regionally where we speak different languages, have different customs, and practice different rites but still come together to actively collaborate and create unique practical solutions that will help solve problems both the future and present. We embody the ideals of diversity, collaboration, and future-focused thinking, making our session a strong fit for this events theme.

Our projects are specifically based on the concept of diversity for a better future, for them providing solutions for a diverse plethora of people all around the globe, For example:

1) The Bionic Arm Project involves developing a prosthetic arm that can mimic the movement and functionality of a natural arm, with the goal of improving the quality of life for individuals who have lost a limb, or medical professionals who are going to do surgeries. Our project will almost certainly involve collaboration between Us, medical professionals, engineers, and the entire community of people who bring a variety of perspectives and skills to the project. The project's emphasis on developing new technologies to improve the lives of people with disabilities reflects a forward-thinking approach that prioritizes innovation and social impact.

2) Our Drone projects are themselves created to work in diverse environments to bring a collaborative front to people who were previously barred from such technology, which will help create a diverse community that aims to work collaboratively for a better future.
