We will be presenting the idea and timeline of this assessment of technological infrastructure from the perspective of Global South communities, providing an overview, and inviting participation and sharing of technological barriers and solutions by Global South communities. The ambition for this document is to serve as a technology manifesto from the Global South, and we extend an invitation to all interested parties to contribute.
