I started to edit Wikipedia since 2006. I started to organize women in STEM since 2011, founded Women in FOSS in Taiwan (2011), PyLadies Taiwan (203). In 2015, with the help of Wikimedia Taiwan Chapter, I co-founded WikiWomen Taiwan. Now I’m an executive board member of our local Wikimedia Taiwan Chapter. I attended WikiWomenCamp 2017, Mexico, Wikimedia Conference 2018 in Berlin, and ESEAP Conference 2022 in Sydney. I’m also an active member of our local LGBTQ+ community. Besides that, I’m a senior web developer and an active member in our local free and open source community.

Abstract & description[edit source]

Abstract[edit source]

A workshop for WikiWomen to share our experiences, skills, and enlightenment to encourage and motivate our local WikiWomen community meetups.

Description[edit source]

This workshop is aimed to develop and share knowledge and skills to start and run their local WikiWomen meetups, and in general, a friendly and welcoming community space. We welcome you to join us with or without your experiences organizing your local WikiWomen community. Attendants will share your knowledge and skills in this workshop, and also learn from other attendants: What you have done wrong, and what you have done right. We hope to develop knowledge and skills that, in the end, attendants can practice back in their local community.
