This template, used with Template:Main Page, should have 4 parameters:

target = Title of page
title = Card's title; Appears on top of the card
description = This text appears when you hover your mouse over the card
image = background image for the card

All parameters should be added. Any links in the title or description will appear on the card, but clicking anywhere on the card will bring you to the "target" page.
