Template:Int Usage

Note that the post containing a link to a user page must be signed with 4 tildes (--~~~~) for the user mentioned to be notified. If the edit does not add a new signature to the page, no notification will be sent. It must also be in the page text. Links in the edit summary do not create notifications.
