Hi, I am Vanj Padilla. Vanj Padilla (she/her) is a Wikipedia Pangasinan volunteer editor. I have been in the Wikimedia community since 2012 as a member of the defunct Wikimedia Philippines and was adopted by the Philwiki community. Now I am a co-founder of the new women community of Filipina Wikimedians Babaylan PH. I am also a community support group in ESEAP, has been a facilitator in the 2019 Wikimedia ESEAP Summit in Bangkok, Thailand and delegate in the Brand Strategy conference in Bangalore, India. I have been visiting other Wikimedia chapters in Asia to learn about their community best practices. Concurrently, I am involved as a local coordinator of the Philippine pilot of the Reading Wikipedia in the Classroom Project.
