Hello!
[edit | edit source]My name is Kate. I'm from Ukraine. I hold a Bachelor's and Master's degree in International Economy and work in the field of Communications, working with impactful projects such as sustainable development, human rights, and IT, as well as in the media field, being a co-founder of a Ukrainian media focusing on mental health.
I have recently become involved in the Wikimedia movement, contributing to the Ukrainian wiki and participating in various activities aimed at improving the wiki and community.

[edit | edit source]I love languages and often translate Wikipedia articles into Ukrainian from English, French, Spanish, Italian or German.
I edit and create articles about inspiring women, music, technology, startups, movies, books, authors and mental health. I’m especially interested in WikiWomen and Women In Red projects.

Hackathon 4.0 Ukraine Heritage Edition, August 2023 (mentor)
[edit | edit source]The project is aimed at museums, libraries, and cultural projects dedicated to the preservation of Ukraine's cultural heritage. Through expert mentoring consultations, I guided 14 teams on how to effectively communicate culture and edit Wikipedia, encouraging them to contribute to the preservation of Ukraine's cultural heritage.
