Hi! I am User:Paju from Finland. I am an experienced editor in Finnish Wikipedia (since 2006), but not limited to that environment. My homepage in fiwiki: fi:User:Paju. Please feel free e.g. leave a message on my discussion page. I have applied for a grant to participate in Wikimania 2026. This would be my third Wikimania. I have previously been in two Wikimania meetings (in Montreal & Katowice) which were supported by local chapter.

Nice to meet you in Paris, online or elsewhere! I hope to get some feedback and results about grant application (or need to organize other approaches to physical participation) at latest in May 2026, as I was planning to take an university course on French language in May-June 2026, and plan to combine some 1-2 weeks long holidays in France in July. In July, I was hoping to organize (remotely) an editing competition about France (support it with local photos & suggested links, buy some book/music items for prizes). It is long time I have been in Paris, but I have few friends living there and elsewhere in France (I'd take a train to Toulouse). Meeting members of Wikimedia community from WMF and other Wikipedias f2f would allow to start cooperation and to solve couple of open issues.
