Any translation admin help needed?

Creating pages that are later to be marked up for translation is not the same as creating a one-language page; there are some tricks to ease the life of translators when something changes of these pages, too. @Ата: thanks for offering! Personally I could really use learning some tricks :) I've been trying to educate myself on how the translation system works, but so far it's been mostly theory and experimenting with a draft page. I can't speak for the whole team yet, but I think there'll be other people who would be interested as well.
