About your poster proposal

Hi Takot,
Thank you for submitting a poster proposal for Wikimania 2019. In order for us to accept this poster proposal, we need to see more development in the proposal page, a description of what you hope to share in this poster and what you want to achieve with it. Accepted submissions have to be clearly connected to Wikimedia, the wiki projects, free knowledge and information, and / or open source.
If you would like to expand your proposal, you are welcome to do so. Please make sure you notify me by leaving a message on my talk page, and don't forget to do so by July 12. Read the the Poster session page for more information and guidance.
Thank you for your interest in the Poster Session at Wikimania! We look forward to your contributions to the conference, and to the online Wikimedia projects.

Your poster proposal has been accepted for Wikimania 2019!

Hi Takot,
Thank you for developing your poster proposal even further. Congratulations! Your poster has been accepted for Wikimania 2019. Now what?
Start designing your poster. Remember that this is an academic poster, not a promotional one: this means that you have to share insights, technical aspects, numbers, and any technical information that would allow a participant to understand your process better. For more information about academic posters, and examples that will inspire you, please visit the Poster session page.
If you'd like us to print the poster for you, please send it by Sunday, July 21st. We'll also take care of bringing the poster to the conference, and this option is at no cost to you. Find information about where to send your poster here.
Finally, on the day of the poster session, remember that every poster presenter is expected to stand by their poster and engage session participants in conversation about it. We will not display posters whose presenters are not in the room at the time of the session.

Hi Takot,
There are only a few days left to submit your poster for print! If you want us to print your poster and bring it to Stockholm, please send us the finalized PDF by Sunday, July 21st.
