Already translated pages[edit source]

Hi, hopefully this will soon be marked for translation again. There are currently many pages that were translated when this was marked for translation in March-April. The content there is quite different from this English one (for example 2019:Hackathon/pl). That means everyone who use Polish language interface is referred to that Polish page and will probably miss the original English page. Stryn (talk) 15:43, 26 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Really worrysome that nobody reacted to my message above, and to the questions that User:Urjanhai presented at 2019 talk:Learning Days... Stryn (talk) 15:22, 29 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]
@Stryn: Hi, I'll probably just boldly mark it up, a bit later today; I agree it needs doing. Fwiw, you asked on a Friday, and now it's a Monday, so the delayed reaction on this page is somewhat understandable. :) (also talkpages are hard, multiwiki watchlists are hard, and you didn't ping anyone. Luckily I'm crazy enough to watchlist everything I'm interested in and I have send-emails-for-edits turned on at some wikis! ;D ). HTH. Quiddity (talk) 20:50, 29 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Done. After I initially marked it as "ready", I realized that the software was confused by the removed translation-markers; I wasn't sure how to optimally revert that, so I manually rescued all the translations that I could. -- I did it by examining the history of each translated page, going to the penultimate revision (e.g.), adding &action=edit to the url, and transferring the translations across. Thanks Quiddity! Actually there was 1 month and 3 days between my messages ;) Stryn (talk) 05:40, 30 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Doh! >.< /me shakes tiny fist at 4-letter "Ju--" English month names. Quiddity (talk) 17:34, 30 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]
