Hello! the 9:30 - 10:30 time period is the event opening where we will orient people to the hackathon, its programs, and what to expect. Then participants will have the chance to talk about newcomer friendly projects that they hope to collaborate on during an open-mic towards the end of that session. Apis workshop

Ahoi, Rachel! Very much looking forward to the hackathon. I'm sure you can help me with this question: A few people from the Technical Wishes project will be at the hackathon to interview people about templates. Hello! Yes, not a problem for me wherever you would like to put it. I was also thinking of creating a column on the program called "Schedule sessions at your hacking table" similar to the one on the program here for Prague https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Wikimedia_Hackathon_2019/Program Would something like that also be helpful for you?
