A lot has happened since the last breakfast-meeting in South Africa 2018, and it is time to catch up "in person". For instance of the migration from OTRS to the new Znuny LTS. We can look back on the processes of the VRTS-team in the past and the migration to VRTS until today, and what is the state at the moment. Does the migration of software and all the cross-platform changes (templates, information-pages, etc) offer us new possibilities for the future as well maybe? + general chat
