Having a person connect to the satellite event either via a video chat, or prerecord some video of the event to show what is taking place. The COT will have some volunteers available to assist with recording these reports, you will need to supply a phone or camera. Gnangarra (talk) 14:40, 10 February 2023 (UTC)
