This session aims to dissect the current landscape of skill-sharing within the Wikimedia Movement, evaluating the effectiveness of various initiatives and exploring who has access to these valuable resources.

[edit | edit source]Our discussion will pivot around identifying best practices and case studies from within the Wikimedia affiliates, examining successful models of skill-sharing that have demonstrably increased organizational capacity. We will delve into practical solutions that can help affiliates maximize the impact of skill-sharing activities, focusing on the optimization of limited time and resources to achieve mutual growth.
Key features of the session include:
1. An in-depth analysis of existing skill-sharing activities, highlighting those that have proven most effective in enhancing the capabilities of Wikimedia affiliates. 2. Interactive workshops where participants can share their experiences, challenges, and successes in skill-sharing, fostering a collaborative learning environment. 3.
