Abstract

Last year we set up bots and properties in Wikidata to fully detect the copyright status of artists within collections. This proves to be very helpful for GLAM-institutions to decide which content to donate to Wikimedia Commons. In this session we discuss the outcomes of 60 GLAM institutions in the Netherlands that are now fully covered with all creators and authors in WIkidata with a copyright status.
