การประชุมจะจัดขึ้นที่ ศูนย์การประชุมนานาชาติในกาตอวิตแซ ตั้งอยู่ในใจกลางเมือง ไม่ไกลจากสถานีรถไฟและที่พัก
ศูนย์การประชุมนานาชาติในกาตอวิตแซเป็นสถานที่ทันสมัยและได้รับรางวัล ซึ่งเคยเป็นเจ้าภาพการประชุมสุดยอดระดับนานาชาติขนาดใหญ่ เช่น การประชุมสหประชาชาติ: การประชุมเวทีเมืองโลก 2022 และการประชุมการเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพภูมิอากาศในปี 2018

Conference space layout can be seen on the image above. The 2nd floor will house most of the program activities in rooms described below. Gdańsk and Kyiv are available from the 1st floor (with Auditorium having entrance from the ground floor as well).
Rooms are named after the places hosting Wikimedia CEE Meetings.
