I consider myself an experienced Wikimedian, with 15 years of volunteer work under my belt. In November 2020 I was asked to help to bring the Papiamentu Wikipedia back to life: how did I go to work, how did I (soon 'we') prioritize, and after 9 months, what are the results?
I will be talking about how to get people new to the community involved, about Mediawiki, Translatewiki, Wikidata, and how the five pillars were a basis for designing wiki policies.
