Abstract[edit | edit source]
We have been working since 2019 with partners in 30 European countries on making sure the EU's Copyright in the Digital Single Market is transposed to national law in a way that the public domain is protected and user rights respected. So far only four countries are fully done with the reform, but the remaining 26+ are on their way. We want to give you an overview of how things are and what we are planning next.
