All travelers are required to submit their online SG Arrival Card before arriving in Singapore (72 hours before arrival or less), except:
- Only transiting/transferring through Singapore (Singapore Changi Airport) without seeking immigration clearance; and
- Singapore Residents travelling through the land checkpoints.
No forms required to be filled for travelers departing Singapore.
COVID vaccination
COVID-19 requirements for travelers arriving in Singapore are no longer needed starting 13 February 2023, regardless of vaccination status or traveler profile.
Yellow Fever vaccination
All travelers, including Singapore residents, with travel history to countries with risk of yellow fever transmission (i.e. wholly or partly endemic for yellow fever) in the six (6) days or more prior to arrival in Singapore are required to have a valid yellow fever vaccination certificate and present it to the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority officer at the immigration counter upon arriving in Singapore.
